We operate Seniors Active Living Centres (SALC) at our east-end Danforth and west-end Jane sites. At both locations, we offer health promotion workshops, snack/meal programs, recreational activities (brain games, arts, outings and more), singing, as well as physical activities that are facilitated by a registered kinesiologist. Our kinesiologist can also do individual assessments with program participants and prescribe specific exercises. In addition, we refer our seniors to appropriate organizations or resources according to their service needs.
